All Smiles
Not that we don't like her outfit, but we did make a matching Bombshell jacket. You know...for if it gets cold outside.

If you thought the Icon Street Scene show was good from the front - you should have seen it from behind.

Street Angels
So we're starting to get photos from all the Icon Street Angels - but we need more! Grab your Street Angel gear, get your cell phone and sext send us your hottest pics. The best photo wins free Friday whiskey drinks at Slabtown or something cool from the Icon swag closet. Personally I'd recommend taking the swag - as Slabtown Friday's can be really creepy.

Dziewczyna na Motorze
From the country that brought us the perfect hot dog, a legendary pontiff, and some serious speedway action, comes Poland's latest export - Ewa Pieniakowska. Young, cute, and talented - she's willing to flog her coveted F3 all in the name of promoting Polska stunting. We're expecting big things from you, Ewa - thanks for reppin' Icon.
We'll save you the Babblefish trip - 'Girl on Motorbike'.

Toyko Show
Just like Alphaville - Icon is big in Japan. In fact we were gonna do an artsy 80's video to prove it, but um... we didn't. We did take some photos from the last Toyko show though. The next show is coming up - March 26-28 - if you're in Toyko stop by the booth an say Konnichiwa.

Concept & Execution - Bombshell Jacket
The process of designing a jacket is lengthy. Initial concepts, the most fun part of the process, need to be sketched out. Then the artwork is refined in the computer. Samples are generated by skilled pattern makers and the revision process begins. Every seam, snap, zipper, and material is considered for both functional and aesthetic qualities. Soon the jacket is ready for a battery of testing. Icon test all our jackets for abrasion resistance, chemical innocuousness, color fastness, etc. They are also put through countless miles of real world riding. Only after the jacket passes this testing is it ready for production.
Early roughs for the Bombshell chassis with some possible graphic treatments
Computer refined artwork and possible color combinations
The Patternmaker turns the Designer's 2D artwork into an actual jacket - The Designer than tells them all the ways in which they have failed
Every detail needs to be designed - this is the inner label and jacket lining print
Fitted, stitched, road tested, and ready for action

EOTWAWKI
We've seen it laid out before us - as if it has already happened a hundred times. The premonition that haunts our every thought. In the future all riot cops will be ultra hot and clad in Simpson bandits and PVC fringed teddies. Wielding pistol grip pumps they will enact a stunningly sexy crackdown on all two wheeled shenanigans. In preparation for the inevitable melees of street mayhem we are busy prepping our answer - The worlds first urban warrior helmet. Strategically placed at the crossroads of function and violence, it is a technical marvel with the soul of a patriot. A carbon fiber vessel to embrace our most precious thoughts. Stay tuned on the short wave - we will not be silenced.
